In Aerials, advanced gymnasts aged 6–12 learn to soar—mastering powerful skills like aerials, tucks, back handsprings and more. With expert teaching and a supportive atmosphere, kids build strength, precision and the self-belief to fly fearlessly

Fun with friends is important for every age group and level of gymnast, and group activities continue in Aerials. Think high-energy movement, tumbling and fun to give every class the best start
